Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Amy Cyr Music. It collects only the information needed to answer your inquiry, send you updates if you ask for them, and process a voluntary tip if you choose to leave one.

What is collected

Booking inquiries. When you submit the form on the Book page, Amy receives your name, email address, and any phone number, event type, event date, city or venue, guest count, preferred performance format and event details you provide. That inquiry is stored in this site’s database and emailed to Amy so she can reply.

Mailing list. If you sign up for updates, your email address and any name you give are stored and Amy is notified. You can ask to be removed at any time.

Voluntary tips. If you leave a tip, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Card details are entered in Stripe’s own secure payment form and are never seen or stored by this site. This site records the amount, the name, email address and note you chose to include, and Stripe’s reference for the payment.

Basic technical information. Like any website, the hosting platform processes standard request information such as IP address and browser type in order to serve pages and keep the site secure.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run an analytics or visitor-tracking product. Stripe sets cookies necessary to operate its payment form and to prevent fraud when the tipping page is used. Embedded videos are loaded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and only after you press play; once you do, YouTube may set its own cookies.

Service providers

Information is handled on Amy’s behalf by the providers this site runs on: Lovable for website hosting, Supabase for the database that stores inquiries, signups and tip records, Resend for delivering notification email, Stripe for payment processing (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and credit or debit cards), and YouTube for embedded video. Amy’s own email is provided through Google Workspace. Each provider processes information only in order to perform that function.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to you, to keep a record of bookings and tips, and — only if you asked — to send occasional updates about performances and new music. It is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

Retention and your choices

Inquiries, signups and tip records are kept for as long as they are useful for Amy’s bookings and accounting. You can ask for a copy of your information or ask for it to be deleted by emailing Amy@AmyCyrMusic.com. Mailing-list emails can be stopped at any time by replying to one or writing to that address.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
