Content and ownership

Content, photography, video and recordings on this site belong to Amy Cyr Music, except where a performance is credited to another band or ensemble, in which case that material belongs to its respective owners. Please don’t reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

Inquiries and bookings

Submitting the inquiry form starts a conversation; it does not reserve a date or create a booking. Fees, timings and performance format are quoted for each event and confirmed individually in writing. Nothing on this site is an offer of fixed pricing or guaranteed availability.

Voluntary support and tips

Tips left through this site are entirely voluntary gifts in appreciation of a performance. They are not a purchase, and no goods, services, membership or future performance is provided in exchange. Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars and are subject to Stripe’s own terms; Amy never receives or stores your card details. Because a tip is voluntary and nothing is supplied in return, tips are generally not refundable — but if something went wrong, or you were charged in error or more than once, email Amy@AmyCyrMusic.com and it will be put right. Tips are not tax-deductible charitable donations.

Accuracy and availability

Performance dates and details are published in good faith and can change or be cancelled by a venue. This site is provided as it is, without warranty, and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside Amy’s control.

Links to venues, social platforms and video hosts are provided for convenience; their content and practices are their own.
